1. Order Placement: If you are happy to proceed with the quote provided, you can accept the quote via the accept button on the quotation or reply via email, with the specific Colour and Profile you would like. Once a door is ordered, there can no longer be any changes to the Profile and Colour, so please make sure you are certain on your choice.
2. Payment: A 50% deposit will be required for the order of the door and the remaining balance due on completion of the installation. This can be made via the link on your invoice or bank transfer. Overdue fees may apply if the balance is not paid within 24 hours of the completion of the installation. Please refer to our payment terms for more details.
3. Installation: Our team will install the garage door within two weeks of being notified the door is ready to be installed, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
4. Cancellation: A fee of $150 will be charged if the installation is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled installation date.
5. Storage: A storage fee may incur for doors that remain in our possession for more two weeks of you receiving a notification of the door being ready, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Warranty: We offer a warranty on the garage door and automatic opener. Please refer to our warranty terms for details on coverage and duration.
7. Maintenance: Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity of your garage door. We recommend annual servicing to keep your door in optimal condition. Failure to service the door may affect your warranty.
8. Liability: We are not liable for any damages caused by improper use, neglect or modifications to the garage door after installation.
9. Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us with any concerns or issues, and we will strive to resolve them promptly.
